Outpatient Lead Therapist - LMHP or LADC (2909)

THE JOB
The Outpatient Clinical Lead provides outpatient therapy, assessment, and treatment services for adult individuals while serving as the clinical lead for the Omaha outpatient team. This position functions as the primary clinical resource for the team and supports day-to-day coordination of outpatient services, including clinical quality, compliance oversight, care coordination, and team communication. The majority of this role is dedicated to direct outpatient clinical services, including therapy, assessments, crisis response, and treatment planning. In addition, the Outpatient Clinical Lead assists with monitoring program workflows and supporting operational expectations related to authorizations, waitlist management, health record review action plans, staffing coordination, and quality improvement processes. This position works collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment team members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and effective service delivery.

WHAT YOU HAVE
Required License:
- A Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

OR

- Active LIMHP and LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska
 

Required:
- At least 21 years of age

- Experience working with persons with co-occurring and complex diagnoses

- 5 or more years' experience in a related field
