THE JOB
The Peer Support Specialist for our Omaha StartingPointe North program serves as a member of the residential services team and who has experience as a recipient of behavioral health services. They offer insight as an expert in the recovery process, symptom management, and participant choice. They will model appropriate skills and behaviors and work in collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications:WHAT YOU HAVE
Required:
- High school diploma and two years of experience in with adults with severe and persistent mental illness
- At least 21 years of age
- Educated in recovery principles. Formal training in a state-approved peer support program preferred.
