Marketing Operations Assistant

If you love systems, details, and seeing a busy launch run smoothly, this role is for you. As our Marketing Operations Assistant, you’ll keep our email, CRM, and content systems organized and on schedule while working directly with the Marketing and Joint Venture Manager.

Email is how most of our members connect with us, so the systems behind it matter, and that’s where you come in. You’ll work across our companies and programs, so there’s plenty of variety.

What You’ll Do

• Run and maintain email marketing platforms, including Mailchimp, Keap, Sendy, and Flodesk
• Build and refine CRM automations and workflows
• Plan and manage multichannel content calendars across email, podcasts, SMS, and social media
• Build custom dashboards and reports so the team can see what’s working
• Schedule and publish approved content from our copywriter and marketing manager
• Answer attendee questions in chat during live webinars
• Use AI tools every day to speed up research, drafting support, and data organization
• Keep lists clean, segmented, and tagged across our systems
• Work alongside copywriting, design, and web development to keep projects moving
• Keep our operational documentation and standard procedures current

What We’re Looking For

• Comfort and skill with AI tools, and a willingness to use them every day
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Keap, Sendy, Flodesk, or similar
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfort managing calendars, schedules, and deadlines
• Curiosity about CRM automations and marketing systems
• Clear, friendly written communication
• Flexibility for some evening and weekend hours, especially around live webinars and launches

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
