Our caregivers work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient postoperative care. How You'll Contribute
A State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) who excels in this role:
- Under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and assist in developing patient-specific anesthesia care plans under supervision
- Administer and manage anesthesia (general, regional, local) under the direction of a CRNA or anesthesiologist
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgical procedures
- Assist with airway management, including intubation and ventilation support
- Provide post-anesthesia care, including patient monitoring, pain management, and documentation

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent). Additional requirements include:
- State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification (CNA)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
- Handle with Care certification within 30 days of hire and annually
