Centeridge is a vertically integrated multifamily investment and management firm. We're looking for a Portfolio Finance & Operations Manager to serve as the financial backbone of our portfolio — owning reporting, performance oversight, and operational alignment across all assets.
This is a high-impact role with direct access to ownership and a clear line of sight to how the business performs.
Responsibilities
• Financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis across all portfolio assets
• NOI performance monitoring and strategic recommendations to ownership
• Oversight of collections, expense management, and rent roll integrity
• Investor and lender reporting — accurate, timely, and polished
• Partnership with property managers to align on financial goals and reporting standards
• Yardi platform management and data integrity
• Operational process improvement across the portfolio
• Support for acquisitions, underwriting, and due diligence as needed
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, or property operations
• Multifamily experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with Yardi property management software
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for reporting accuracy
• Clear communicator — able to translate financial data for a range of stakeholders
• Ownership mentality and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
Compensation
• Base salary of $80,000 and target annual bonus: $20,000
