Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistant – Urgent Care & Primary Care
We are a fast-paced medical practice providing both Urgent Care and Primary Care services and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of a busy urgent care and primary care practice
- Provide exceptional patient care with a kind, professional, and respectful demeanor
- Willingness to cross-train and support both front-office and back-office duties
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Work collaboratively with providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Demonstrate strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Qualifications
- Previous EMR experience preferred, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to manage a high volume of patients efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic clinical environmen
HOURS: We are open 7 days a week
Mon-Frid: 8am to 7pm. ( staff comes at 7:30). We close the door at exactly 7pm. therfore, plan to go home around 7: 30-8pm.
SAT & SUN: 9am to 5pm. Staff comes 30 min before we open the door to patients.
