**The Sales Analyst position serves as a stepping stone into a Loan Originator role within our company. We are seeking candidates who have a strong desire to grow and develop into a sales-focused career path.**
***Additionally, this is an on-site position. You must reside or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA. ***
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include inputting loans and customer data into the system.
- Work with loan originators, brokers, and borrowers to gather necessary information and documents.
- Guide the loan process by reviewing and validating loan files against company guidelines and submission requirements.
- Collaborate with the company’s operations department personnel (underwriters, processors, closers), to support the loan process and ensure conditions are met.
- Support sales in daily follow-up efforts and pipeline management
- Assistance with other projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 2-3 yrs. of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Related Support Areas
- 1-2 yrs. in Real Estate Sales/Finance or another related field.
- Team Player/Growth Mindset
- Ability to work effectively as a team and provide exceptional communication and customer service.
- Advanced analytical skills to identify Sales/Operational trends activities.
- Knowledge and Experience with MS Office Applications
- Excellent Time Management Skills with the ability to adjust in a high-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills for working with highly complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external purposes
- Preferred experience with Encompass and Salesforce
Education:
- BA/BS Degree preferred/ Or Relevant experience
Compensation:
- $24.00 per hour, plus bonus
