Sales Analyst

**The Sales Analyst position serves as a stepping stone into a Loan Originator role within our company. We are seeking candidates who have a strong desire to grow and develop into a sales-focused career path.**

***Additionally, this is an on-site position. You must reside or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA. ***

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will include inputting loans and customer data into the system.
• Work with loan originators, brokers, and borrowers to gather necessary information and documents.
• Guide the loan process by reviewing and validating loan files against company guidelines and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with the company’s operations department personnel (underwriters, processors, closers), to support the loan process and ensure conditions are met.
• Support sales in daily follow-up efforts and pipeline management
• Assistance with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 yrs. of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Related Support Areas
• 1-2 yrs. in Real Estate Sales/Finance or another related field.
• Team Player/Growth Mindset
• Ability to work effectively as a team and provide exceptional communication and customer service.
• Advanced analytical skills to identify Sales/Operational trends activities.
• Knowledge and Experience with MS Office Applications
• Excellent Time Management Skills with the ability to adjust in a high-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills for working with highly complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external purposes
• Preferred experience with Encompass and Salesforce

Education:

• BA/BS Degree preferred/ Or Relevant experience

Compensation:

• $24.00 per hour, plus bonus
