***This is an on-site position. You must reside or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA. ***
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of loan analysts responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting complete loan files
- Oversee loan submission workflow to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to guidelines
- Serve as a key liaison between loan originations and underwriting, providing guidance to resolve issues and improve submission processes
- Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices to increase efficiency and strengthen pipeline conversion
- Coach, mentor, and oversee analyst performance through goal setting, feedback, and development, driving professional development and consistent service levels
- Monitor pipeline volume, submission quality, and turnaround times to support production goals
Qualifications
- 3-4 yrs. of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Related Support Areas
- 1-2 yrs. in Real Estate Sales/Finance or another related field.
- Experience leading and growing teams
- Advanced analytical skills to identify Sales/Operational trends activities.
- Preferred experience with Encompass and Salesforce
Compensation:
- $90k - $100k annualized depending on experience
