What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custom Residential Home Superintendent position at Center State Construction Inc?
Center State Construction: Inc is seeking a full-time Custom Home Superintendent
From luxury custom homes too smaller custom homes.
Job duties include but are not limited too.
Scheduling subcontractors in a timely manner
Schedule inspection both in the city, county and at time out of county.
Be willing to travel outside of Marion County.
Maintain open communications with both the homeowner and office, via email so all changes are approved or questions answered are in writing, for potential change orders.
Meet on site for subcontractor, (IE) clear and fill placement of the home, and or electrical walkthrough.
Draw up site plan and get approval from homeowner
Meet new customers to go over plans with potential changes (Red Lines)
Maintain log reports for review by staffing meeting.
Verify the quality of the luxury home is the same quality as a custom smaller home.
Maintain a clean work environment on the job site, stress that all job sites need cleaned after each subcontractor daily.
Ensure the punch list is complete for occupancy
Verify job is completed in allotted time frame.
Skills and Knowledge:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bilingual would be a plus
5 years of custom home construction
5 years of construction custom home supervisory experience preferred.
Skills and knowledge required for job:
Strong written and verbal communication.
Computer skills required, including but not limited word and excel.
Time management skills are imperative
Read and comprehend blueprints
Benefits and pay
Base Pay $ 70,000 TO $ 80,000
Mileage reimbursement at state requirements
1 weeks paid vacation after 1 year
2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years
3 weeks paid vacation at 3 years of service
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
