- Ability to fix systems on a more mechanically inclined level
- Ability to upsell new systems and high-dollar repairs to customers
- EPA certified with other relevant TDLR licenses
- Valid driver's license

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:
Schedule: 8 AM-8 PM, Monday - Friday, with alternating weekends
Tasks:
- Service all customer calls
- Communicate with dispatch to schedule and debrief customer database
- Participate in all company-sponsored training classes
- Fix and diagnose systems on a more mechanically inclined level
- Educate the value of a new system upgrade and/or high-dollar repair
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients and fellow team members through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently
