- Full-Time
- Part-Time
- Per Diem
- Even single shifts available (flexibility for your schedule)
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday, Thursday, Friday
- Every 1st & 3rd Tuesday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Every Saturday & Sunday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight)
- Saturday & Sunday
- Provide direct, hands-on care to residents with compassion and dignity
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Build real relationships with residents and their families
- Active CNA certification in New York State
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus, but not required
- Flexible scheduling (we work with you—even for single shifts)
