Responsibilities & Duties:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Explain available wash options, upgrades, and pricing.

Prepare vehicles for the tunnel, including checking for loose items, folding mirrors, and removing obstacles.

Operate car wash equipment and controls safely according to company procedures.

Monitor vehicles throughout the wash process and address any issues immediately.

Maintain cleanliness of the wash area, lobby, and vacuum stations.

Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and report malfunctions to management.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents or damage to vehicles.

Assist with upselling additional services, such as interior cleaning, wax, or tire shine.

Handle cash or point-of-sale transactions accurately, if applicable.

Minimum of 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Prior customer service experience preferred.
