The Client Service & Case Design Associate plays a key role in supporting PARC Street Group’s client experience and plan administration efforts. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs, ensuring requests are handled with accuracy, radical responsiveness, and professionalism.
This role is centered on delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience while supporting the ongoing administration of executive benefit plans. In addition, the Associate will assist with case design and reporting responsibilities—gaining exposure to plan structures, financial modeling, and insurance-based strategies over time.

Responsibilities
Client Service & Plan Administration
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, responding to requests and inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and radical responsiveness.
- Support ongoing client relationships by ensuring consistent communication and follow-through on all service needs.
- Coordinate and manage annual distribution processes, including preparation, tracking, and submission of required forms.
- Assist in coordinating and preparing for annual client review meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up.
- Review and assemble plan-related documentation, including split dollar agreements and plan amendments, in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, insurance carriers, auditors, and credit union staff to ensure smooth execution of client requests and plan administration.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized client records, documentation, and data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Track key deadlines, deliverables, and service requirements across multiple client accounts.
- Support internal workflows and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in client service delivery.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Case Design & Technical Support (Developmental)
The Associate will be trained on all the following tasks, with the goal of being able to autonomously lead the processes in a year.
- Lead the case design process by assisting with illustrations, reporting, and data preparation.
- Prepare quarterly reporting materials, including gathering policy data, updating values, and organizing outputs.
- Create client-facing materials such as annual review presentations and benefit summaries.
- Maintain and update census data and internal tracking spreadsheets related to plan performance and status.
- Support basic analyses and data validation efforts, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.
- Develop working knowledge of SERPs, life insurance products, and plan structures over time.
Professional Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment.
- Experience in life insurance, executive benefits, or financial services is preferred but not required.
- A strong academic or professional background in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related analytical field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, with ability to work with structured data and spreadsheets.
- Experience working with CRM systems or client management tools is a plus.
- Exposure to client-facing environments or service-based roles preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 - $70,000 annual salary, dependent on experience
