Position Overview:
Arts Bonita is seeking experienced and engaging instructors to teach Glass, Stone Carving, and Sculpture. These instructors will lead multi-week classes, mini workshops, and one-night events, developing curriculum that meets the needs of beginner through advanced students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging instruction tailored to multiple skill levels
- Lead classes ranging from one-night events to multi-week sessions
- Develop inclusive, level-appropriate curriculum for adult learners
- Promote a safe and inspiring studio environment
- Demonstrate proper use of tools and materials and ensure student safety
- Communicate and collaborate with Arts Bonita staff and fellow instructors
- Participate in open houses, showcases, or community outreach events when applicable
Reporting Structure:
These positions report directly to the Faculty Chair of the respective department and ultimately to the Senior Director of Education.

Qualifications:
- Professional experience in glass, stone carving, sculpture, metal work, dance
- Prior teaching experience in community, academic, or workshop settings preferred
- Ability to develop and adjust curriculum based on student needs and experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and creative learning environment
Compensation:
This is a part-time, contract position. Pay is competitive and based on experience, program type, and class duration.
