Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Behavioral Health Technician role located in Orange County, CA. Responsibilities include delivering behavioral intervention services using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, implementing individualized treatment plans, and supporting clients in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals. The role involves collaborating with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure consistent progress, documenting client behavior and progress accurately, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients' families.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
- Strong skills in Behavioral Intervention and foundational knowledge of Psychology
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with families and team members
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when working with clients and their families
- Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working in behavioral health or with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
