Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Indianapolis, IN. As a member of the Development team, the Development Coordinator helps with organizational efficiencies and effectiveness by coordinating, facilitating, and providing administrative support for the Development Department, including donor stewardship, data entry, research, event assistance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft compelling donor communications and professional correspondence
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with donors.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nonprofit management, communications, or business, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Donor database management systems.
