qualified and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our
Primary Care team in a full-time, onsite role. The FNP will deliver
comprehensive, patient centered primary care services to individuals and
families across the lifespan, with a strong focus on preventive care,
chronic disease management, and health promotion. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health
assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care Manage acute and
chronic conditions in a primary care setting Perform physical exams,
order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based
treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies in compliance with
Massachusetts state regulations and clinical guidelines Deliver
preventive care, health screenings, and patient education Collaborate
with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members to ensure
coordinated, high-quality care Maintain accurate, timely documentation
in the electronic health record (EHR) Adhere to all clinical protocols,
Quality Standards, And Regulatory Requirements Required Qualifications
Master\'s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner
program Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification Active
Massachusetts RN and APRN license (or eligibility for licensure in MA)
DEA Registration (or Ability To Obtain) Primary Care Experience
preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced primary care environment
Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, 40 hours per week Onsite Primary
Care practice Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evenings/weekends,
and or on call coverage Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary
commensurate with experience \$135,000-\$165,000 based on experience
