Outpatient Mental Health Clinician – Fee-for-Service (W-2 Employee)
Location: Kennebunk, Maine & Telehealth hybrid
Compensation: $50–$60/hour based on licensure, with growth opportunities
Schedule: Flexible (minimum 15 billable hours/week)

- Hybrid Work Model: We primarily offer in person services in Kennebunk & Biddeford with hybrid telehealth options. We are currently looking to hire for our Kennebunk location.
- W2 Employment: All clinicians are fee-for-service employees with competitive hourly rates and paid opportunities for supervisory roles.
- Clinical Supervision: Free individual and group supervision to meet licensure requirements.

- Administrative Support: Your credentialing, billing, scheduling, management/storing of electronic health records and insurance management are all handled by our team so you can focus on your clinical work.

Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $50–$60 per billable hour based on licensure (conditional or full). Biweekly pay. Paid in full for billable hours worked during the pay period. No waiting for insurance reimbursements.
- Supervisory Pay: Additional compensation for approved supervisory roles
- Yearly Stipend: Yearly stipend for CEU’s
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and clinical licensure in Maine:
- LCSW, LMSW-CC
- LCPC, LCPC-C
- LMFT, LMFT-C
- Comfortable working with a diverse caseload and maintaining a minimum of 15 billable hours/week
Additional Requirements
- Must carry individual professional liability insurance
- Must have reliable access to a secure computer and phone for clinical and administrative use
- Must pass a background check
