What You'll Do:
- Provide oral health care as part of the dental team within your scope of practice, under the supervision of a dentist
- Educate patients and families on oral health and disease prevention
- Collaborate with staff across the health center to provide whole-person and address barriers to care
- Serve diverse, multicultural patients and work with a diverse team
- Participate in meetings, work groups, and quality improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Completion of a dental therapy program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Active Michigan Dental Therapy License without restrictions
- Demonstrated clinical competence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
