Business Intelligence Analyst
The Center for Elders’ Independence is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the elderly) organization (PO) that uses an interdisciplinary team approach for care planning and implementing purposeful high quality, affordable, and integrated health care services to the elderly. Our elderly meet PACE requirements as prescribed by CMS and are referred to as participants. Our PO includes Adult Day Health Centers and primary care clinics, promoting participant autonomy, quality of life and the ability for individuals to live in their communities
THE POSITION: The Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Data & Analytics team by developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions—including SSRS, Power BI, and regulatory submissions. This role requires strong technical expertise, healthcare regulatory knowledge (CMS and State), and the ability to integrate and analyze data across fragmented clinical and operational systems such as Salesforce and eClinicalWorks (eCW). The analyst will play a key role in enhancing data governance practices and contributing to the creation of a unified data foundation.

The analyst will play a key role in enhancing data governance practices and contributing to the creation of a unified data foundation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS and Power BI reports supporting leadership, operational, clinical, and regulatory needs.
- Produce accurate, timely leadership, operational, and regulatory reporting deliverables.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights that support auditability and regulatory readiness.
- Work extensively with data from Salesforce, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and Claim systems; understand and map data flows.
- Perform data analysis to validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across disparate sources.
- Business Intelligence Development
- Design and develop new reports, and optimize existing reports/dashboards to improve usability, performance, and accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into BI solutions.
- Support data governance initiatives by contributing to data standards, definitions, and quality rules.
- Help establish a unified data foundation and improve data reliability across the organization.
- Work closely with data engineering to ensure consistent and accurate data ingestion.
- 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- SQL Server / T‑SQL
- SSRS
- Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise with healthcare reporting, especially:
- CMS regulatory reporting
- State-level medical/clinical reporting
- Solid understanding of data integration, data modeling, and interoperability concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting data governance programs or enterprise data initiatives.
- Familiarity with healthcare operational workflows and clinical terminology.
- Background in a mission-driven or healthcare organization.
