We are looking for a full time Treatment Coordinator to become part of our Health Services division.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all services related to Article 16 clinic, including intake, enrollment, and on-going services.
• Coordinates and monitors service needs for each individual on caseload.
• Serves as a primary liaison throughout the treatment between referral source, service providers, clinicians, families, program and case management services.
• Performs reconciliation of services with fiscal billing.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Health or Human Services or related field.
• 1-2 year(s) of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Must be at least 18 years old and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to apply for this position.

Compensation Range

$25.12 - $27.21
