We are searching for a Swim Supervisor. Dates are 5/6/26-6/10/26 on Wednesday's from 4pm-6pm at Queensbury Elementary School Pool.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities involving the six week swim program
- Contact facilities, staff, and complete necessary paperwork
- Supervise staff and the people we support in the pool
- Support staff and the people we support with pool guidance and safety needs
- Enforces pool policies, rules, and regulations
- Organize pool area when multiple activities are occurring to avoid conflict and frustration of people we support
- Participate in training and development activities in accordance with department and agency policies
- Follow proper procedure when notified about defective pool equipment and incident reports
- High School Diploma/equivalent
- Associates degree
- Specialized training, license, certification, skills: American Red Cross life guarding; CPR for the Pro-Rescuer; Standard First Aid
- At least 1 year of job related experience, specifically with people with developmental disabilities
