The HR Manager supports the organization's human resources functions by managing day-to-day HR operations and serving as a liaison between staff, the Executive Director, Program Directors, and the fiscal office. This role focuses on hiring and recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, implementing and advising on personnel policies, and compliance with employment regulations. This position is based out of the CCA Bedford Office but will require occasional travel to all CCA offices.
