What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Communications And Operations Associate position at Center for Cognitive Resilience?
I’m looking for a part-time Strategic Communications & Operations Associate to work directly with me.
I run a growing precision medicine practice focused on helping midlife women optimize brain, hormone, and metabolic health. I’m looking for someone who is smart, curious, highly organized, and able to help turn ideas into completed projects.
The four qualities that matter most:
• Excellent follow-through — if you say you’ll do something, it gets done.
• Strong conceptual understanding — you can quickly grasp how a business works and connect the dots between ideas, projects, and goals.
• Curiosity — you ask thoughtful questions, enjoy learning, and aren’t afraid to figure things out.
• Organization and execution — you can manage multiple projects and move them forward on time without constant supervision.
This role may include project coordination, content support, communications, research, process improvement, and helping keep a growing business moving forward.
Experience is less important than intelligence, initiative, reliability, and a desire to learn.
Ideal for a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone looking to grow alongside a mission-driven business.
If this sounds like you, please send me a message telling me:
1. Why this role interests you
2. An example of a project you’ve taken from idea to completion
3. What you think makes someone exceptional at follow-through
