What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAMP STORE STAFF position at CENTER FOR CHRISTIAN GROWTH INC?
Position Overview: This is a seasonal, part-time position in our Camp Store that will help create a very satisfying experience for our guests and campers. Includes, but is not limited to, greeting guests in a pleasant, professional manner, helping guests find desired products, checking guests out quickly and accurately, and keeping the store clean and well stocked.
Key Duties
- Participate in desired ministry culture that lives out T Bar Ms mission and achieves our service goals daily and consistent Intentional Uncommon Service.
- Demonstrate T Bar Ms core values in daily service to our guests and staff; working with heart and attitude that lines up with our Belief Statement, Mission/Vision/Values, and Philosophy of Ministry.
- Demonstrate excellent guest-relation skills:
- Take initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Cheerfully provide customer service and support.
- Follow all T Bar M safety and security policies and procedures.
- Have a good working knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures for the camp store.
- Ensure that the store remains clean, tidy, and properly stocked.
- Additional duties may be added based on daily requirements and needs.

Compensation: This is an hourly paid position with an hourly rate of $11.00. As a seasonal, part-time position, there are no benefits or insurance associated with this role.
