Center for Child and Family Therapy is a well-established, provider-owned mental health counseling practice serving children, families, and individuals in the Bremerton area. We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Bremerton location.
Position Summary:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and an essential part of supporting our team of mental health professionals. You’ll play a key role in helping clients feel welcomed and supported while managing daily front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed
- Collect payments and provide receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide general customer service and administrative support
- Assist the office manager and owners with various tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Experience in a medical or mental health office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Preferred:
- Experience with Office Ally or similar EHR systems
