Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Burtonsville, MD. The Executive Assistant will manage executive-level administrative tasks, including scheduling, handling confidential information, preparing expense reports, and supporting leadership with day-to-day activities. Responsibilities also include efficiently managing communications, supporting organizational workflows, and maintaining professionalism while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and supporting financial operations
- Strong skills in providing Executive Support to leadership, including scheduling and task management
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in office software, organizational tools, and relevant technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
- Experience working in non-profit or child welfare organizations is an advantage
