Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am -4:00 pm, Full-time with benefits
Hourly Pay: Min $21.92 Mid $26.30 Max $30.68

Qualifications and Experience:
JOB GOAL
To ensure technical system functionality to enhance the District's operational and instructional programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Troubleshoots district-wide technology failures and provides help desk support services, setting priorities to ensure most serious issues are handled promptly.
2. Complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, District policies, administrative procedures, and reports suspected violations by users to supervisor.
3. Ensures high availability and functionality of district printers and copiers. Orders copier and print supplies and schedules repairs.
4. Maintains building-wide hardware inventory.
5. Ensures that the only software installed on District computers is licensed, legal software approved in accordance with District policy or administrative regulations.
6. Sets up, installs, troubleshoots, and configures computers, printers, and other equipment and software.
7. Provides technology training, hardware, and software support to users.
8. Provides feedback to improve technology support services.
9. Supports all positions in the Technology Department.

Note: All employment is considered provisional for up to 90 days in accordance with Act 168 of 2014, pending receipt of required employment history reviews.
