Your Role as an RN:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and manage care plans in accordance with clinical standards and scope of practice
- Oversee and coordinate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes appropriately
- Promote restorative care, resident independence, and dignity
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Mentor, support, and provide guidance to LPNs and CNAs
- Help create a positive, patient-centered environment where residents feel cared for and respected
Who We're Looking For:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for resident-centered care
- A team player who is dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence
- Interested in long-term growth within a supportive, forward-thinking facility
