Your Role:
- Facilitate fun, engaging, therapeutic, and social activities that promote residents' emotional and physical well-being
- Assist the Activity Director in assessing, planning, selecting, and conducting activities that meet residents' interests and care needs
- Help prepare monthly activity calendars, flyers, and communication materials
- Build positive rapport with residents and families, encouraging participation and creating excitement
- Document resident involvement and progress; complete other duties as assigned by leadership
Who We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of job-related experience preferred (long-term care experience is a plus — however, if you have other relevant experience, we want to hear from you)
- Creative, enthusiastic, and reliable team player
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys inspiring seniors to engage and connect
- Passionate about supporting individualized care and meaningful resident experiences
