What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daily Property Claims Adjuster – Central Illinois Market position at CENCO CLAIMS LLC?
As spring weather moves into Central Illinois, CENCO Claims is expanding field support across the Springfield area to keep up with increased claim activity. We’re looking for Daily Property Claims Adjusters who want consistent assignments, flexibility in the field, and a team that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll be out in the field completing inspections while our internal team helps manage assignments, communication, and file flow.
What You’ll Be Handling:
Inspect residential and light commercial properties impacted by wind, hail, water, fire, and seasonal storm activity
Document damages with clear photos, detailed notes, and organized reports
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage assigned claims and meet required turnaround times
What We’re Looking For:
Working knowledge of Xactimate
Understanding of property damage assessment and repair scope
Reliable transportation and standard field equipment
Strong organization and written communication skills
Active adjuster license or designated home state license
