About the Role:
CenClear is seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Reunification Case Worker to join our Behavioral Health team. In this role, you will work directly with children and families involved with Children and Youth Services (CYS), helping parents build the skills, confidence, and supports needed to safely reunify with their children.

What You'll Do:
- Travel within Clearfield County (travel required; mileage/time reimbursed per policy)
- Work up to 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
- Coordinate family reunification services in partnership with Children and Youth Services (CYS).
- Provide supervised and extended family visitation support.
- Conduct home safety assessments and identify family strengths and needs.
- Teach and coach parents on topics such as child development, home safety, budgeting, and healthy parenting practices.
- Connect families with valuable community resources and supportive services.
- Attend family meetings, court hearings, and collaborate with community partners.
- Coordinate transportation for family visits and appointments.
- Observe and document drug screenings as requested by CYS.
- Maintain accurate documentation while protecting confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of community resources and family support services.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, community agencies, and referral sources.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the service area.
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
