Additionally, the Accounts Payable Clerk reviews and processes expense reimbursements, assists vendors with payment inquiries, and provides other ad-hoc support as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
GENERAL DUTIES
- Verify approval and coding on all invoices and payment requests
- Enter and process all vendor invoices
- Prepare and process checks, ACH, and wires for weekly payments
- Audit and verify expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain account payable digital files
- Support company credit card reconciliation
- Support 1099 preparation
- Assist with audit preparation
- Respond to both internal and external AP related inquiries
- Assist with other applicable duties or projects that may arise within the accounting department
- Work in compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations for Cementation
- Be aware of any health and safety hazards or infractions and report same to Health and Safety Department

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years accounts payable or applicable office experience
- Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in JD Edwards beneficial but not required
