Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Prioritize incoming slurry orders and seamlessly integrate them into the existing schedule.
Logistics Coordination:
Dynamically allocate trucks between different terminals to meet customer demand in real-time.
Material Procurement:
Place orders for raw materials required to produce slurry across all terminals and portable job sites.
Coordinate with the transportation manager during any coverage conflicts.
Customer Relations:
Cultivate strong relationships with customer contacts, ranging from superintendents to dirt foremen.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure service availability aligns with customer needs.
Equipment Service
Coordinate equipment maintenance and service requirements with the Production Manager.
Collaboration with Outside Haulers
Collaborate with other Dispatchers who manage dedicated outside haulers on a daily and hourly basis.
Schedule - 8 hour shifts M-F
Ability to conduct after hours communications

- Monitor the progress of each terminal throughout the day to deliver the best possible service to our valued customers.
Logistics Coordination:
Dynamically allocate trucks between different terminals to meet customer demand in real-time.
- Collaborate with field team members and operations staff to determine personnel assignments based on availability, workload, and location.
- Coordinate multiple trucks from multiple locations, delivering multiple loads each throughout the Metroplex.
- Over 30 trucks operating from 4 to 6 different locations, delivering between 150 and 200 loads daily.
