We are a professional, agile and innovative cement import company into Florida and the Southeast US. Our goal is to hire a high energy, enthusiastic and ambitious salesperson to learn the products offered and the industry as a whole. We are in the process of building our sales team with individuals looking to be part of both an established company of 25 years and at the same time be part of innovation and growth.
Duties:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive sales efforts such as web searches, active calling. social media and industry networking opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls and onsite visits to potential clients in Florida and southeast US
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and onsite visits in Florida and southeast US
- Collaborate with the sales leader to achieve sales targets and objectives during weekly sales meetings and constant communication channels.
- Maintain a potential and current customer database with detailed information
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
Requirements:
Ability to take initiatives and a positive attitude absolutely imperative !!
- 5 years professional experience in sales - cement industry a plus or similar material.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement given industry and geographical location serviced
- Proficient in using a CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record along with transportation for outside sales efforts.
- Ability to travel 50% or more days per week / month on a regular basis
