Project Manager
Job Description: Lead and oversee the full life cycle of engineering projects across themed entertainment, structural design, and mechanical systems. This role is responsible for managing scope, budget, timeline, and team performance, working directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing engineering projects, preferably in the themed entertainment or construction industry.
Experience with structural and mechanical systems and multi-discipline coordination.
Proven success managing budgets over $1M and leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit and SAP 2000 is a plus.
PMP certification preferred.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
