Key Responsibilities
- Bar Support (Barback):
- Maintain optimal stock levels for all bar items, including ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.
- Provide crucial, fast-paced assistance to Bartenders by running items, retrieving supplies, and keeping the front-of-house service area clean and organized.
- Cleaning & Sanitation (Dishwasher):
- Manage all dishwashing operations, ensuring a continuous supply of clean, sanitized glassware, utensils, and serving equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish pit area, service stations, and storage areas, adhering strictly to health and safety codes.
- Operational Readiness:
- Assist with the breakdown and setup of the bar and kitchen areas before and after service.
- Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization across the venue.
- Work Ethic: A strong, reliable work ethic and the ability to manage dual responsibilities effectively under pressure.
- Teamwork: The ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with both the bar and kitchen teams.
