- Experience: 1 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Skills: Strong knife skills, familiarity with classic cooking techniques, and comfort working under pressure.
- Reliability: A solid work ethic and availability to work peak shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and a commitment to speed, quality, and consistent execution.
- Bonus: Experience with pub menu execution or Irish cuisine is a plus, but not required!
