Warehouse Supervisor – Evening Shift

About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee evening warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow. This is a leadership role that combines team supervision, operational coordination, and hands-on support across picking, packing, and loading activities.

You will play a critical role in maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a safe working environment while supporting and developing warehouse staff.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts depending on business demand.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and monitor daily warehouse operations during your assigned shift
• Coordinate order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Delegate tasks and adjust priorities based on workload
• Perform routine floor inspections and track operational progress
• Safely operate and oversee the use of propane forklifts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality control standards
• Communicate effectively with management regarding workflow or issues
• Support customer pickup requests when necessary
• Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and secure
• Train and guide team members to improve performance and efficiency
• Assist with staffing needs, scheduling, and daily reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
• Prior experience in loading operations or similar roles is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• CDL license required (or ability to obtain)
• Forklift certification required
• Ability to read and communicate in English
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Work Location: On-site

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
