What You’ll Do
Logistics and Inventory Specialist
- Review Purchase Orders for accuracy before pick‑ups
- Communicate with sales, inventory, and warehouse teams throughout the day
- Manage transfers in and out of locations from start to finish
- Ensure transfers are completed daily so customer orders can be loaded without delays
- Notify the Field Operations Manager if any orders can’t be completed
Driving & Safety
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Keep vehicles clean and compliant
- Drive safely and responsibly at all times
- Maintain DOT logs, fuel sheets, and required documentation
Warehouse & Inventory Support
- Assist with picking, packing, unloading, labeling, and staging materials
- Operate forklifts and other equipment
- Support Cycle Counts and Spot Counts
- Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
Administrative & Interoffice Tasks
- Keep paperwork organized and accurate
- Handle interoffice mail and common carrier deliveries
- Enter information into the ERP system
- Follow established SOPs and processes
What You Bring
- Clean New York State driver’s license
- 1–2 years of delivery driving experience in the tri‑state area
- 2–3 years of forklift experience
- Experience loading/unloading box trucks and flatbeds
- Knowledge of building materials is a plus, but not required

- Comfortable reading pick tickets, instructions, and basic correspondence
- Basic math and problem‑solving abilities
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to climb in/out of trucks and forklifts
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
