What This Role Looks Like
• Meeting with homeowners to understand their comfort needs
• Presenting HVAC solutions clearly and confidently
• Building strong customer relationships and earning trust
• Managing the sales process from consultation through close
• Securing payment and setting clear expectations for next steps
• Representing the company professionally in customers' homes

What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years of sales experience (residential in-home sales preferred)
• Comfortable using PC-based systems such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Experience with residential load calculations and Bryant/Carrier equipment, or the willingness to learn
