We’re looking for amazing people to join our team as Underground Installers!
As an Underground Installer, you'll work as part of a dedicated crew completing underground excavation and installation projects every day. We offer consistent, year-round employment—not seasonal work. You will be expected to be able to not only properly complete the work at a high standard, but also provide excellent customer service. Experience preferred. Pay commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light duty commercial underground work
- Strive to meet the goals set forth by the company
- Complete and turn in required paperwork promptly and accurately

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch and work in tight spaces
- Ability to perform extensive hand digging with a shovel

- OSHA10 Construction certificate, DOT physical card (by date of hire)
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines
- Have or obtain required tools
- Ability to learn/operate various construction tools
- Comfortable working around and with heavy equipment
- Confident driving large trucks/vehicles
- On time to work daily
- Excavate using shovels, and other hand tools
