SR. CONTENT EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Compensation Range: $58 - 63 per hour

We are seeking a Principal Content Designer to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, inclusive, and compliant end-to-end experiences. In this role, you will act as a strategic architect, using human-centered design and data-driven testing to create omni-channel content that drives product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Operating within an Agile framework, you will influence product roadmaps, conduct competitive market analysis, and scale our internal Design System. You are a collaborative leader who partners across the enterprise to ensure every touchpoint-from discovery to delivery-aligns with our global brand standards and performance goals.

Responsibilities:
As a Content Experience Designer, you will:

• Translate complex requirements: Turn business, contractual, technical, and user needs into end-to-end content experiences that are accessible, inclusive, and compliant, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels.
• Design omni-channel experiences: Create content that helps customers meet their goals, prioritizes empathy and ease of use, improves satisfaction, and drives deeper product adoption.
• Data-driven delivery: Deliver content validated through rigorous experimentation, testing, and optimization.
• Strategic influence: Leverage human-centered design methods (design-thinking, service design, research/insights, etc.) to plan and present persuasive, strategic ideas that influence product roadmaps.
• Market analysis: Perform competitive analysis of direct/indirect competitors and monitor the marketplace for new trends to inform the design process.
• Agile integration: Create and maintain content design within an agile environment and champion the integration of design across the entire release cycle (discover, deliver, and assess).
• Scalability & Standards: Conform with reusability standards by leveraging and expanding the internal Design System, brand tone and voice guidelines, and established platform capabilities.
• Performance management: Work across the enterprise to define and deliver product performance goals and key customer experience outcomes.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with design peers and key stakeholders (Marketing, Brand, CX, etc.) to ensure deliverables align with corporate brand standards and create a seamless journey across all customer and employee touchpoints.

Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Craft Skills: content strategy, UX writing, storytelling, vision and planning, design thinking, user-centered content design, channel alignment and management, customer experience research, insight and execution, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics.
• Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of target customer through internal/external research (e.g., creation of personas, story maps, product chartering/mapping experience).
• Strong collaboration with product managers, software engineers, and agilests to execute product vision and roadmap.
• Facilitation of cross-functional human-centered design sessions to build empathy for users, create alignment on customer pain-points, and to identify continuous improvements for the product roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• User experience design or similar experience.
