In this role, you aren't just moving walls; you are driving sales by optimizing store layouts, department adjacencies, and customer flow across hundreds of new stores, relocations, and major remodels annually.

In this role, you aren't just moving walls; you are driving sales by optimizing store layouts, department adjacencies, and customer flow across hundreds of new stores, relocations, and major remodels annually.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze project data to create site-specific fixture plans and architectural drawings that balance high-end design with operational efficiency.
- Manage planning for projects with significant financial impact, including new builds ($1M ), expansions ($750K), and large-scale remodels.
- Partner with Architects, Construction, and Store Operations to troubleshoot site-specific challenges and interpret local building codes.
- Assist management in training Store Planners and outside consultants, ensuring adherence to prototypical requirements and timely project delivery.
- Lead design-build meetings for specific locations, analyzing site surveys to make critical design development decisions.
- 8 years of related experience in retail design, store planning, interior design, or architecture.
- Advanced working knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD is required.
- A strong understanding of retail store operations, building architecture, construction procedures, and related building codes.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology, or Interior Design (OR equivalent Certificate).
