Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end performance test strategies and QA frameworks to ensure seamless game delivery across complex global deployments.
- Establish holistic, data-driven KPIs for client-side and network-level telemetry to drive product quality and application stability.
- Formulate comprehensive device profiling strategies and compatibility matrices to guarantee optimal player experiences across varied hardware landscapes.
- Translate sophisticated hardware and network telemetry into actionable, strategic insights to empower engineering partners and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience: 10 years of deep expertise in performance testing, QA performance engineering, or software development with a heavy focus on complex gaming architectures.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced mastery of mobile profiling tools (PerfDog, Xcode Instruments, Android Studio Profiler) and deep network protocol fluency (UDP, TCP, HTTP/3, Wireshark).
- Business Impact: Proven track record of managing external vendor relationships, holding global partners accountable to high quality bars, and mitigating live-service performance risks.
- Education & Communication: Exceptional communication and consultative skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver risk assessments and clear technical breakdowns to mixed executive audiences.
