Responsibilities:
- Execute sophisticated end-to-end product details-including construction, color, form, and fit performance-to ensure design concepts meet rigorous premium standards.
- Develop comprehensive, production-ready tech packs utilizing deep fabric and sewing knowledge to guarantee precise manufacturing execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal apparel designers and product team members to streamline project workflows and meet critical timeline and price targets.
- Communicate high-level design concepts and technical specifications persuasively to both internal stake holders and external partners to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Experience: 5 years of proven expertise in an apparel product design role, ideally within a high-profile, enterprise-level design environment.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with a comprehensive understanding of garment construction and textile mechanics.
- Business Impact: A track record of successfully managing design lifecycles from concept to sample review, delivering commercially viable products on time.
- Education & Presentation: Strong consultative presentation and soft skills, backed by a portfolio demonstrating innovative concepts in apparel, streetwear, or sportswear.
