Working closely with the Senior PR & Events Manager, you will be a key player in executing our branded events strategy and managing essential agency relationships to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the PR strategy including campaign coordination, media outreach support, and performance tracking.
- Assist in managing the PR agency relationship, including briefing, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support in managing event agency, coordinating experiential marketing activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate and support PR campaigns and editor partnerships.
- Support the planning and execution of key branded events and activations, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Assist with trade shows and industry events across channels, ensuring strong brand representation and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR and event initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, media coverage, and event success metrics.
- Support development of recap reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Assist in managing the PR & Events budget, including tracking expenses and supporting monthly reconciliation.
- Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, media landscape, and competitive activity.
- Ensure all PR and event executions are aligned with brand standards and global guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years Public Relations and event activation experience.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization preferred.
- Strong proficiency in PPT, Excel.
