Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Production
- Produce & Develop: Create engaging video and audio content for social media, product marketing, recruiting, and corporate training.
- Pre-Production: Handle the basics like scripting, storyboarding, and setting project timelines.
- On-Site Coordination: Plan shoots, scout locations, and organize the necessary equipment and gear.
- Direction: Work with internal "talent" (employees and stakeholders) to help them feel comfortable and effective on camera.
- Technical Editing: Cut raw footage, sync audio, and organize media files.
- Enhancements: Add motion graphics, titles, music, and voice-overs to polish the final product.
- Media Management: Ensure all project files are correctly formatted, exported for the right platforms, and archived safely.
- Basic Analytics: Keep an eye on how videos perform to see what resonates with our audience.
- Experience: Proven track record in professional video production and multimedia creation.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and scripting abilities.
- Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Equipment Knowledge: Deep understanding of professional camera gear, lighting kits, and audio recording equipment.
