Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Prospect, recruit, and onboard new retail and dealer partners to expand regional sales.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute annual sales forecasts, territory plans, and budget management for the area.
- Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle, providing ongoing support to retailers, dealers, and key growers.
- Product Expertise: Deliver comprehensive training and technical education on YMS biological products.
- Marketing Support: Represent at local trade shows, field days, and product showcase events.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and report sales data/market intelligence to leadership.
- 5 years of experience in agriculture or agricultural retail required.
- Education: Knowledge of agronomy, seed, or biological products.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Requirements: Ability to travel extensively and lift up to 50 lbs.
