This is a newly created, highly dynamic role designed for a motivated junior professional or recent graduate eager to dive into the entertainment industry. You will help manage operations across approximately 50 major podcast shows, contributing ideas in weekly talent relations meetings and assisting with high-profile guest bookings.

Responsibilities:
As a Podcast Talent Relations Coordinator, a "day in the life" involves keeping a fast-paced, geographically distributed team perfectly aligned. Your specific tasks will include:
- Calendar & System Management: Create, develop, and maintain a comprehensive culture and sports calendar, tracking upcoming film, TV, book releases, sporting events, and award shows.
- Logistics & Show Support: Support onsite guest appearances, manage the studio green room, and warmly greet guests when onsite.
- Booking Support & Research: Work closely with the Talent Relations team to support guest booking, conduct research, and generate targeted talent lists for various projects across the podcast slate and live programming.
- Team Communication & Workflows: Manage day-to-day scheduling and operations using Excel, Word, Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom. Establish consistent check-ins and workflows with show teams, producers, and podcast managers.
- Legal Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Talent Relations team and the legal department to ensure clear communication and maintain meticulous record-keeping.
- Creative Collaboration: Participate actively in weekly talent relations meetings to pitch creative ideas and suggest potential guests for upcoming episodes.
- Industry Experience: 1 years of experience in the media, entertainment, or sports industry (relevant internships completed during or after college are highly applicable). Previous experience at major media organizations is a plus.
- Core Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail. You must be comfortable managing schedules via Excel, Word, and standard communication tools.
- Communication: Effective communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly across distributed teams, show producers, and legal departments.
- Mindset: Proactive, action-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that sees peaks in activity (especially during the busy fall season).
- Passions: A deep knowledge of sports is not required, but you must be highly passionate about pop culture, film, television, music, or the broader entertainment scene.
- Availability: Willingness to travel and be onsite for tapings and guest arrivals when required.
